As a sneakerhead, Billy Chow strongly believes that sneakers are an expression of self. He believes that everyone can find their own style in sneakers, and if they can't find one off the shelves, customise one!
Billy started VelvetHoop Customs with a simple thought that sneakers and art can be fused into one.
Billy has been customising sneakers more than half a decade ago. Although based in Singapore, Sneakerheads from Thailand, Indonesia, and even U.S have commissioned Billy to customise their sneakers! He has also spread his creativity during corporate events for brands such as The Social Foot, Asics, Aldo.
Billy has also been featured in Singapore's biggest sneaker convention, Sole Superior for 3 years. His work has also been featured by prominent brands such as Angelus Paint on their social media.
